Privacy, in plain language.
This is a launch-stage privacy notice for ElevateU. We collect only the information needed to operate the current product preview and email programs.
What we collect now
If you join the Daily Prompt or Membership early-access list, we collect the email address you provide, your consent choices, the source page, and—when relevant—the membership tier you said you are considering. We may also collect standard site analytics such as page views, clicks and referrer information.
Email provider
Kit is the planned email provider for subscriber storage, forms, segmentation and broadcasts. Daily Prompt consent and Membership waitlist consent are treated separately so joining one does not silently enroll you in the other.
Membership and payments
Paid membership checkout is not active yet. ElevateU does not currently collect payment-card details on this site. Clerk and Lemon Squeezy are being evaluated/configured for future secure account access and subscription billing; this notice will be updated before those production services are enabled.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails using the unsubscribe controls in messages once email delivery is active. Membership waitlist interest is not a purchase and does not authorize a charge.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts and delivers the site. Kit will process email subscriber data when the email integration is activated. Other providers will be listed here before they are enabled in production.
